Soundpainting is a revolutionary approach to multidisciplinary improvised performance and live composition. It offers an incredible opportunity to expand one’s creative capacity and improvisational possibilities. All levels welcome, no previous experience needed. Bring instruments and wear clothes to move in. These workshops will layout the fundamentals of Soundpainting and conclude with putting it into practice with a series of Soundpainting jams!

Artists who become fluent in the language of Soundpainting will have an opportunity to perform as part of the Austin Soundpainting Collective. The collective aims to serve as an incubator for multidisciplinary collaboration leading to performances, educational residencies and community workshops in Austin and beyond. We are looking for Austin artists to join us!
